This is an ADVANCED workshop and requires a mutual commitment from you and your workshop co-creators. We recommend spending 15 hours a week to work on the materials:

• Prerequisite course work
• Daily homework exercises
• Studying 4-6 hours of video lectures per week
• Participating in 3 live Zoom calls per week 
• Ongoing community participation and group activities

Yes. You will have full access to the Workshop materials through the iBenz Academy website after the 4-week period is over and the ability to download audio and video recordings, along with transcripts.

The program is designed to help you complete the workshop, which is why the workshop is structured across 4-weeks. 

Nope! This is an ONLINE Workshop, so you can participate anywhere you have a phone or computer. You do NOT need to travel in order to participate.

For the Online Community Workshop, you will access the Workshop online and co-create with your allies via Zoom and Telegram.
