Inelia Benz
Consciousness researcher. Teacher. Inelia Benz has spent decades exploring the terrain of human consciousness — not as a philosophical exercise, but as direct field research. Her work draws from scientific inquiry, ancient traditions, and lived experience spanning multiple cultures and lineages.
She carries a Machi lineage from the Mapuche people of South America — a tradition of healing, ceremony, and deep knowledge that runs alongside her engagement with contemporary consciousness research and inquiry.
Her work spans teaching, writing, music, and direct practice. It is not a system to be adopted, but a set of tools for those willing to work on their own experience with precision and honesty.
